In 2018 I began training in the Creative Mindfulness For Kids Method under the guidance of child psychologist Louise Shanagher. I now offer Wellness Workshops for children and teenagers based on the creative mindfulness curriculum. I’ve also qualified as a Health & Wellness Coach with the Institute of Health Science.

In 2022 The Wellness Tribe was born . Having the advantage of working on site I could see there was a need to offer employees more than just on site massage. To make a difference we want our clients to feel supported, and educate them in all areas of wellness so that they may have the tools necessary to help them as they journey through life

My coaching is all based on creating healthier habits and lifestyle changes and what I believe are the most important health foundations which include areas from sleep, to fibre intake to day to day activity.
I cater for those who have fat loss goals, who want to maintain their weight but build a healthier lifestyle or those who struggle with weight gain and need to increase theirs along with strength.
I have clients who attend the gym, who workout from home or who just focus on short walks daily, there is no set exercise rules with me, we work with what works for you.
Who Orla Works With
My passion is showing those who think they don’t have the time that they do, busy mams figuring out how to give time back to themselves and their health, keeping healthy during pregnancy and recovering fully afterwards including returning to exercise, to beating all the fad and restrictive diets and showing people you can 110% live and enjoy life and all it brings and still have health as number one and make progress.
Single mothers, stay at home mothers, full time working mothers of 5, night shift workers, those who commute, college students, I have and do work with them all. My clients range from 18 to 60 + with a mixture of both male and female.

My name is Emer O Brien. I am an Oxygen Advantage breathwork instructor, a Pilates teacher and running technique coach. How we breathe affects every aspect of our health and wellbeing.
I teach simple scientifically-based breathing exercises to help decrease stress on the body and mind. These exercises also help to improve concentration, attention span and so much more!

Pilates
My Pilates classes are designed to improve mobility, flexibility and posture. I can incorporate sitting, standing and mat-based exercises into each session depending on the space available. Each exercise can be adapted and advanced to suit all levels.
Running
I have helped hundreds of people to get up and running from 5km to full marathon. My goal is build the foundations for good running technique so you can run with ease and reduce the risk of injury.
I coach couch to 5k programmes and interval training sessions to build fitness, stamina and running endurance.

I have worked in the Pharmaceutical/Medical Device industry for over 20 years as a Chartered Accountant and have first-hand experience of the pressures, demands & stresses that these dynamic and fast-moving working environments can bring to employee’s lives.
Having qualified as a Professional Coach, a Yoga Teacher and a Mindfulness Instructor, I feel I can help people navigate these work/life challenges to achieve their desired goals,
personally and professionally.
Mindfulness & Yoga
Yoga works at physical and emotional levels. It builds strength, flexibility and balance in the body, reducing the risk of injury. While on an emotional level, yoga is an effective way to release emotional energy and the chemical response to stress within the body so as to reduce the risk of dis-ease downstream. Other associated benefits include relaxation, optimal lung function, emotional balance and improved sleep quality.
